30-Day Return Window
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (ship the return within 30 days; it may arrive later).
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and inserts.
- Proof of purchase (order number and email/phone used at checkout) is required.
Request a Return Authorization
Email alvirtorrez1991@gmail.com with your order number and the email/phone used at purchase. We’ll reply with instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship returns without contacting us first.
Tip: Reuse the original packaging and protect corners/edges. We recommend a trackable, insured service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except in cases of damage or defects confirmed by us.
7-Day Reporting Window
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery: alvirtorrez1991@gmail.com.
- Include your order number, the email/phone used at purchase, and photos of: the item, the shipping label, and any damaged outer packaging.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund—your choice. In these cases, we cover shipping.
Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged/defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom commissions or personalized items.
- Items marked final sale.
- Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards.
