• Carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx (selected by us based on speed and safety).
• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may require a few extra transit days.

Processing & Transit

• In-stock items (U.S. warehouse): ship in 1–3 business days; transit typically 5–10 business days.
• Made-to-order prints: production 3–7 business days; then standard transit as above.
• Originals / large formats: custom packing 2–5 business days; transit 5–10 business days (freight if oversized).

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Weather or carrier disruptions may cause delays outside our control.

Order Updates

• You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• Multiple-item orders may ship separately; you’ll receive tracking for each package.

Delivery Details

• P.O. Boxes are okay for small items; street address required for large/oversized pieces.
• High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security.
• Address changes: email us within 12 hours of ordering; we can’t modify addresses after dispatch.

If Something Arrives Damaged

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at alvirtorrez1991@gmail.com.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the item, shipping label, and any damaged outer packaging.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund—your choice.
