Delivery & returns

Before it ships
Each painting is signed, sealed and documented by hand before it leaves. That takes 5 business days — the certificate of authenticity is issued for your piece specifically, not printed in advance.
How it travels
Crated flat, corner-protected and fully insured for the value of the work. Delivery is 7–14 business days after it leaves, and shipping is included in the price of the piece — there is no separate charge at checkout.
Outside the United States
The studio ships within the United States for now. A stretched canvas travels as a large, light box, and international freight on that shape costs more than it should. If you are abroad and want a piece, write to the studio: it can be arranged, quoted honestly, and the cost said out loud before anything is charged.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the crate and the canvas before unpacking further and write to the studio within 14 days. The work is insured, and the studio handles the claim — not you.
Returns
A one-of-one painting is not a returnable product, so there is no change-of-mind return. If the piece that arrives is not the piece that was sold, or it arrives damaged, it is resolved in the collector's favour, always.
Seeing it first
If you are in Austin, Texas and want to stand in front of the work before deciding, write to the studio. That is usually the right way to buy a painting.
